Through innovative training techniques, skill repetition, and consistent feedback from our coaching staff, players will create good habits and develop new and improved skills throughout the entire off-season. Our 8-week program will guarantee results that give your players the edge they need for the fall.
Off-Ice: Our certified strength and conditioning coach has an Age Specific Program for each group to develop strength, power, and core stability to supplement their on-ice performance.
Synthetic Ice: The synthetic ice provides a resistance surface for players to increase strength and speed while performing all skills. This area will also be used for power-skating, and high repetition sessions of puck handling and shooting.
Real Ice: The real ice will allow for players to increase their hockey sense while competing in game situational drills and small area games.
Speed and Agility: Here they will work on being explosive off the start as well as being able to change directions quickly when stopping and starting. We will also incorporate multiple sport skills to help improve overall athleticism.
